（1）応募する前に必ず指導教員と相談し、承認を得た上で、画面右上のENTRYボタンまたはMY PAGEボタンからお申し込みください。 ・【記入方法】 記入上の注意をよく読み、必要事項を同サイトにご記入ください。 ・【テーマ選定について】 テーマリストからご希望のテーマ（第５希望まで）を求められる必須スキルなどの参加条件、 および、参加が可能な期間なのかを確認の上、同サイトにご記入ください。 ・【適性検査について】インターンシップお申し込みの際には、併せて適性検査のご受検が必要となります。 詳細はマイページよりご確認ください。 （2）申込開始：10月31日（金）12:00（正午） （3）適性検査言語選択締切：11月17日（月）12:00（正午） （4）申込締切：11月19日（水）12:00（正午） （5）合格通知：12月9日（火）から12月19日（金）までの間に通知予定 応募時にご提出いただいた書類に基づいて参加者を選抜させていただきます。 必要に応じて電話面接を実施させていただく場合もございます。 ご本人のご希望やご専門を参考に実習テーマを決定しますが、ご期待に沿えない場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。 受け入れが決定された方には、実習場所等の詳細な案内を実習開始2週間前までに、受入研究所の担当者より直接通知する予定です。 本インターンシップに参加いただいた皆様には実習の終わりの時期に指導者よりフィードバックをお返しします。 関係法令の遵守、弊社における事業又は受入態勢にかかる状況の変化その他弊社が合理的にやむを得ないと判断した場合、インターンシッププログラム及び受け入れの中止やその他の条件（期間、実習内容、実習場所等）の変更をさせていただくことがある点を予めご了承ください。 （1）After receiving approval from your advisor, please apply from ENTRY button or MY PAGE button. ・【How to fill in the application】 Read “Detailed Instructions” carefully and fill in necessary information. ・【Choosing themes】 Indicate up to five themes that you prefer from the provided list by choosing them from the pull-down menu. Please make sure that you are eligible to apply in terms of skills, background and availability during the internship period. ・【About aptitude tests】 In order to apply for this internship, you will also need to take aptitude tests. Please refer to My Page for details. （2）Application start: From October 31st (Fri.) 12:00 (noon) （3）Deadline for applications to take the aptitude test in English: November 17th (Mon.) 12:00 (noon) （4）Application deadline: November 19th (Wed.) 12:00 (noon) *Late applications will not be accepted. （5）Acceptance announcement: From December 9th (Tue.) to December 19th (Fri.) TBD Participants will be selected based on the documents submitted at the time of application. Telephone interviews may be conducted if necessary. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences and academic background, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request. Those who have been accepted will be notified directly by the person in charge at the host laboratory at least two weeks before the start of the internship with detailed information (e.g., training location). All participants in this internship will receive feedback from their supervisors at the end of the internship period. We reserve the right to cancel the internship program or the acceptance of the intern, or to modify its terms—including the duration, content, or location—if required for the compliance with applicable laws, or in case of any changes in our business operations, or changes in the organization or department responsible for accepting the intern, or other circumstances, reasonably necessitate such actions. |

| 経費・日当 （生活補助費等）支給 EXPENSES AND DAILY ALLOWANCE |
（1）宿泊費・交通費：現住所から実習場所への通勤が不可能な場合には、弊社にて宿泊施設を用意し、宿泊費用を支給します。またその間の交通費（学割運賃）を支給します。現住所から実習場所へ通勤可能な場合には、必要な交通費のみ支給します。 （2）日当（生活補助費等）9,000円／日。食費その他雑費は自己負担です。 （1）Transportation expenses will be provided. Accommodation will be provided if it is too far for you to commute to the laboratory. If you can commute to the laboratory, we will reimburse the necessary transportation expenses. （2）Daily allowance: About 9,000 yen per day. Additional expenses shall be borne by the applicant. |

In addition, the information may be used for recruitment purposes only after the initiation of recruitment activities. |

本インターンシップは「インターンシップを始めとする学生のキャリア形成支援に係る取組の推進に当たっての基本的考え方」に定義される「タイプ3」に相当するインターンシッププログラムです。 本インターンシップ中の事故を補償するために、学生用傷害保険、賠償責任保険に加入してください。応募する前に必ず指導教員と相談し、承諾を得てください。正課（単位）としての認定の可否につきましては、上記諸条件にて大学にお問い合わせください。インターンシップへは単位認定の有無に関わらず、ご参加いただけます。 This internship program corresponds to "Type 3" as defined in the government guidelines. Please purchase student accident and liability insurance to cover accidents during this internship. Obtain your advisor's approval before applying to the program.Please inquire at the university regarding whether this internship is credited or not. You can participate in the internship regardless of whether you are credited or not. |
